Starting at 1 PM

Please join COCH after our Monthly Meeting for another Dining & Fellowship experience that will be prepared especially for us by Chef Reynold Darthard.

'Chef Rey', formerly personal Chef for Rocket Tracey McGrady, caterer for the Houston Texans, Houston Rockets, Natalie Cole, Yao Ming and many other Sportsmen and Entertainers, is preparing a PRIVATE, SPECIAL, EXCLUSIVE, Luncheon for our members and Guests.

I have requested a choice of one of 3 entrees that I have personally tasted , which include:

Old Bay Grilled Tilapia with Mornay Crawfish Sauce

Pechuga Stuffed Chicken Breast

Rib-Eye Steak, Hawaiian Style

Also included will be choice of:

Caesar Salad

Spring Mix Green Salad with Honey Roasted Almond and Tossed in a Raspberry Vinaigrette

For Dessert a choice of:
New York Cheesecake (The Best I've Ever Tasted )

Chocolate Ganache

And

Special House Blend TropicaL Fruit Punch

Since this is Exclusively for COCH you may BRING your favorite Wine.

To secure the Whole Restaurant, I have Booked our Luncheon for minimum of 20, but I expect many more. Therefore, Please RSVP, ASAP so this special afternoon can be planned an expedited smoothly.

What if we don't get the minimum that you need to reserve this area for our group? I am trying to plan my full Saturday - club meeting, luncheon and then the street meet at Princes. I only count maybe 11 that have signed up for this event. Please advise. We live on the East side and don't plan on coming back until all activities are finished...have to plan for my 2 pups to be taken car of that day!
